Project Brief
Nested on a constricting site of 13 feet wide and 100 feet long, the design was to consider issues of space relationships, circulation, and light. The street façade was important because of the main street setting

Project Description
On the street level, sixteen feet tall façade doors act as an architectural billboard and direct passersby inside. The south façade was divided into two sides to create separate entrances. In the public spaces light is channeled inside by louvers, while in the private spaces light is filtered through translucent glass.
